Working principle:
The bottles are separated by the bottle separating wheel to maintain a certain distance. This enables each bottle to automatically release a label after passing through the photoelectric sensor. At the same time, the batch number and production date are automatically printed. The label is smoothly attached to the bottle body through the bottle rolling mechanism.
Main performance characteristics:

(2) The photoelectric control servo motor is used to drive the label, and the labeling process is stable and reliable. The label position fully meets the ideal requirements.
(3) The structure is simple and reasonable, but it is a labeling working process that is both continuous and intermittent.
(4) It has an automatic control system. In case of a lack of bottles, it can ensure that no label paper is released, effectively preventing the waste of label paper.
(5) It can be used with a conveying turntable or used independently.

(7) This machine adopts stepless speed change control. When the conveying speed is changed, the labeling speed can be adjusted without moving the labeling photoelectric eye.
(8) The waste collection and pre-label supply of this machine are both controlled by independent motors, which improves the labeling speed.
(9) This machine is equipped with an automatic alarm device for the exhaustion of the coding ink ribbon, which improves the qualification rate of products.
