Applications:
Vacuum drying equipment is suitable for heat-sensitive materials that are prone to decomposition, polymerization, and deterioration at high temperatures, and is widely used in various sectors of the national economy such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food.
Vacuum pumping for dehumidification reduces the boiling point compared to drying under normal pressure conditions, improves drying efficiency, and saves energy.
If equipped with a condenser, it can recover solvents from materials.
Features:
- Under the condition of vacuum, the boiling point of raw material will decrease and make the evaporation's efficiency higher. Therefore, it can save the conducting area of evaporator under the same quantity of heat transfer.
- The heat source for evaporating can be low pressure steam or surplus waste steam.
- The heat of evaporation loss is less.
- Before drying, the dryer can be disinfected. During the period of drying, there is no impurity material mixed. It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP.
- It is static type dryer. So integrate shape of raw material will not be damaged.
